Soceve was founded from the vision of the Italian entrepreneur Daniele Dall’Est, who began exporting high-end thermohydraulic products—especially resistors and thermostats—from Italy to Venezuela. This led to the creation of Società Commercio Estero Venezuela: SOCEVE.
1990

Soceve began specializing in hardware and plumbing products, including automotive accessories, copper floats, heating element resistors for water heaters, and water pumps. This marked the beginning of expanding its product range and expertise.

Market demands began to shift, requiring lower-cost products. China emerged as a major global player, making some Made in Italy products less competitive in the South American market.

To manage a broader product offering, the first Chinese branch in Ningbo was established, expanding the range to include agricultural supplies, hardware, gardening tools, and outdoor furniture.

With the opening of the first official site in China; SUZHOU CENTRESS INTERNATIONAL LTD, the headquarter is moved from Ningbo to Suzhou. Purchasing activities within China began, maintaining strong production oversight on behalf of clients. Sales expanded by combining Chinese products with Italian ones.

CENTRESS INTERNATIONAL HONG KONG LTD pwas established as the holding company to coordinate the existing branches.

GUANGZHOU CENTRESS CO. LTD was established to cover a different manufacturing area in China and a new product category; handling sinks, sink molds, instant electric water heaters, gas water heaters, and heat exchangers.

The NORWIK POWER brand was launched for the production of diesel and petrol engines, motor pumps, generators, pressure washers, and water pumps. This marked the creation of two distinct sales lines: SOCEVE, focused on client-specific projects, and NORWIK POWER, dedicated to standard products.

Operating across multiple continents, each branch began to specialize in specific areas. Soceve took charge of sales and client relations, becoming the company’s commercial headquarters, while the Chinese branches focused on purchasing and production within the local market.

Building on years of experience and evolving client needs, Soceve strengthens its ability to understand customer requirements, industrialize the requested product, and deliver a fully finished item.

With a strategic expansion, the headquarters in Colombia - Bogota was opened, strengthening the direct presence of the company in the South American market.

PANAMA CENTRESS INTERNATIONAL SA was established as a strategic location with a dedicated warehouse for NORWIK POWER products, designed to strengthen the company presence in Central and South American markets.

The second generation of the Dall’Est family joined the company, ensuring continuity and long-term stability for the family business.

Soceve's headquarters was expanded and relocated to Via Enrico Fermi 14/E3 – ASOLO.

Soceve serves over 300 clients across four continents: Europe, America, Asia, and Africa.

The holding company, CENTRESS INTERNATIONAL HONG KONG, achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification—a clear testament to our commitment to transparent, reliable, and well-structured processes.

The Soceve team continues to grow with new international sales representatives to expand into African and Middle Eastern markets, while strengthening the client portfolio in existing markets.
